| Napa Man Caught With Drugs, On Probation |

A man was arrested Wednesday after police responded to a report he possibly had overdosed on drugs while in his car. At 5:30 p.m., a caller said Steven Thomas Hubbard was sitting his car in the parking lot of Kennedy Park, police said. Napa police responded and found Steven Thomas Hubbard, 39. Hubbard is on probation, which allows law enforcement to search him, police said. Read More. |
