| Dad Jailed For Sleeping While Son Had Knife |

While Daddy slept upstairs in his downtown home in Alma, his two children, ages 3 and 4, were outside and in the street throwing rocks at cars Friday morning about 11 a.m.. The 3-year-old boy had a steak knife in his hand. When police responded to the complaint at the South State Street home, the children of Ryan Fraser told them they had tried to wake their father, but he wouldn’t get up, Gratiot County Prosecutor Keith Kushion said. Police entered the home, woke Fraser up and found five bags of marijuana in the home. Fraser was arraigned Monday afternoon on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and fourth degree child abuse. Read More. |
