TOMS RIVER — Additional charges were lodged Tuesday against a suspended state corrections officer shot in the face during a burglary attempt at a Brick pharmacy on Saturday, authorities said. Ralph Stoia III, 30, of Pacific Ocean Drive, Brick was charged Tuesday with armed robbery and aggravated assault by knowingly pointing a firearm in the direction of Brick Patrolman Joshua Jenssen, said Capt.
