MADISON (WKOW) -- At the capitol Wednesday, dozens gathered to recognize those who protect the rights of crime victims across the state. People gathered for a ceremony in the rotunda to raise awareness about the laws protecting crime victims. The family of Rich Anderson got a plaque for Anderson's work. Anderson, who passed away earlier this year, started the Crime Victim's Compensation Program. Colleen Jo Winston also received an award. Read More. |
