| Popular Spring Plant Sale to be Held at Corrections Retail Store |

(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections GraniteCOR (formerly New Hampshire Correctional Industries) announces that its plant sale will be held at Corrections Creations, the offender retail and hobbycraft outlet store. The plant sale will run from Tuesday May 11, 2010 until Saturday May 15, 2010 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. The plant sale has moved from the grounds of the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord to 314 North State Street, in Concord, which is approximately a half mile north of the state prison. Plants for sale will include a variety of flowers and vegetables. The plants will be on display on the grounds of the retail store but customers must pay for the items in the store. Personal checks, Visa and Master Card will be accepted for purchase. No cash will be accepted for purchase. The plants are grown by inmates who participate in the GraniteCOR prison farm operation. |
