SAN DIEGO — When Freedom House closes its doors Friday, the facility in Lincoln Park will end a 20-year run of helping women in the criminal justice system kick drug addictions. And Claudia Lidrazzah knows she’ll be in tears. Not only did Lidrazzah go through the program 19 years ago, but she now works as a director for Community Connection Resource Center, the nonprofit that runs the transition home.
