Members of the Oregon State Marine Board went outside the agency on Thursday to select the new director for the state boating agency. Scott Brewen, a labor relations administrator with the Oregon Department of Corrections, was selected unanimously by the five-member board to replace Paul Donheffner. Donheffner retired Jan. 29 after serving as director for 26 years. Read More. |
