DRAPER, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Overcrowding in Utah's State Prison could force inmates out early and into your neighborhood. The prison population has grown by about 10 inmates per month, but it recently spiked at 37 new inmates over the past two months. The inmates could get out early by the end of 2010 or the beginning of 2011. The inmates are all felons. Everyone seems to have an opinion about releasing inmates early.
