Montville - Judging from the honking horns, the thumbs-up gestures and the townspeople who protested outside Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center Saturday morning, there's little support for a proposed sex offender treatment facility on the grounds of the prison. "How much do they want us to absorb?" asked Fran Durga, who was among about 30 people who stood across from the Route 32 prison to oppose the proposal for a 24-bed facility for convicted sex offenders who are nearing the completion of their sentences. "They want to just throw it in our little corner of the state, and that upsets me,'' he said. "They (the sex offenders) put themselves in another world and that's where they should be treated." Protesters lined one side of Route 32, some pushing baby carriages, others setting up folding chairs, and many holding signs that read "Keep my Kids Safe'' and "No No, No. Not in Our Town."
