MAN SENTENCED IN SHOOTING OF 2-YEAR-OLD: A man accused of shooting and killing a 2-year-old boy in 2008 has been sentenced to the maximum sentence allowed under the guilty plea agreement in connection with the case yesterday. Earl Ryan, 41, pleaded guilty in March to child abuse resulting in death and second-degree assault. He was sentenced yesterday to 28 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections by Denver District Court Judge Brian Whitney. Read More. |
