RICHFIELD — They wore uniforms from the Sevier County Sheriff's Office, Utah Highway Patrol, Department of Corrections and U.S. Marines. They wore cowboy hats and T-shirts with pictures of classic cars. They wore suits and dresses and their Sunday best.
