DOVER, Del. - Delaware inmates can expect better health care, according to the Department of Corrections. Authorities have announced that three new vendors will take over medical care at the state's institutions from July 1, 2010. Correct Care Solutions will serve as the general healthcare provider, MHM Services will provide mental health and substance abuse treatment and Correct Rx will fulfill pharmacy responsibilities.
