According to officials, Xavier Brown, a former Westside High School football standout, was found in his prison cell at Lee Correctional with a bed sheet tied around his neck in an apparent suicide. The Department of Corrections and SLED are investigating. Brown was charged in the shooting of several fast food workers in Anderson last fall.
