Harrisburg, Pa. - A correctional officer at the state prison in Camp Hill has been arrested on charges he attempted to set up a drug deal for inmates. State police say Kevin Atkins, 45, of Harrisburg, voluntarily turned himself in this morning following a month-long investigation. Investigators said inmates at SCI Camp Hill approached Atkins in April, asking him to supply them with marijuana in exchange for $200. Atkins then asked his barber, Thomas J.
