STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WSAU) – The department of corrections is getting ready to release a sex offender into the Stevens Point area. 33 year old Terry Stemper Junior has completed his sentence for second degree sexual assault of a child, and is scheduled to be released tomorrow. Under terms of his release, he's required to have no contact with minors, won't be allowed to drink alcohol, and cannot have contact with the victim in the case. Read More. |
