Salem police on Friday arrested a man who walked away from a prison work crew more than one year ago. Police arrested Charles Best, 50, Friday night. Best was an inmate at Mill Creek Correctional Facility and walked away from a work crew at Oregon State Hospital on April 26, 2009, according to the Department of Corrections. Read More. |
