Napa Police arrested a man Friday after they say they found him with drugs. At 10:45 p.m., members of the Napa Police Department Special Enforcement Unit contacted Michael David Downing, 34, on the 1800 block of Imola Avenue. Downing consented to a search, police said. Officers found suspected methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe, they said. Downing was taken to the Napa County Department of Corrections. Read More. |
