| 2 Hours Negotiation Leads To Arrest |

St. Cloud police arrested a man Monday after negotiating with him for more than two hours to peacefully leave a residence. Jesse Lamond Jones, 31, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. at Cloverleaf Mobile Home Park, 150 U.S. Highway 10. Jones was wanted on a Minnesota Department of Corrections warrant. During the execution of the warrant, police had to secure parts of the mobile home park for the safety of its residents, Sgt. Marty Sayre said. The search warrant was executed at 2:15 p.m. and police negotiated with Jones to peacefully surrender to them. Read More. |
