POCATELLO — In the wake of two jailbreaks in the last month, the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes announced Wednesday the dismissal of the newly-hired correctional manager. Greg Sage was hired by the tribes in late January, coming from a 16-year stint as the jail administrator for the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office. “With his level of experience, we are disappointed that we had not only one, but two escapes within the last 30 days under his leadership,” Tribal Executive Director Angelo Gonzales said in a press release.
