Yung Hott was filming his first music video in his hometown of Griffin, GA on Saturday. A car pulled up to Arve's Convenience Store at 6 p.m., near the intersection of Tinsley and Fourth Street. Moments later shell casings were spread over the block. In all, 20 shots were fired at the crowd of nearly 200 people. Yung Hott was just one of Jerode Paige's eight aliases. Witnesses said that one shooter stood over Paige's body and pumped multiple rounds into him. Paige died at a nearby hospital from a gunshot wound to the head.Three others were wounded, including a five-year old girl, Taylor Conwell, who was playing in a nearby yard. She was shot in the foot and taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston for treatment. She was released from the hospital. Read More. |
