| Man Walks Away From Work Release |

ENID – Garfield County authorities are looking for an inmate who walked away from a work release center overnight. Undersheriff Jerry Niles said Ricky Ray Smith, 34, was at a monitored work center at the Garfield County Fairgrounds but wasn’t present for a head count around 1 a.m. Smith is described as a white male in his mid-30s with brown hair and green eyes. He is 6-feet-1-inch tall, weighs 165 pounds and has tattoos on his arm and two on his neck. One of the tattoos on his neck says “fortune” and the other says “Kansas City.” Read More. |
