KISSIMMEE — Bloods gang leader Michael Rigby refused on Thursday to return to Florida without a court fight, so the Osceola County Sheriff's Office is seeking his extradition from New Jersey to face escape charges, spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain said Friday. Rigby, who escaped from the Osceola County Jail in February, has been held in Paterson, N.J., since his arrest there on April 28, records show. Read More. |
