A Milwaukee alderman is angry at the state for placing three recently released sex offenders in a south side neighborhood. Bob Donovan said the convicts have no business near schools and families. "The quality of life of this neighborhood is being severely jeopardized," Donovan said. The three men were placed in a transitional facility for men recently released from prison. The home has been used in such a manner for one year, but it hadn't come to his attention until last week. Read More. |
