RACINE - After 16-year-old Raymond Strosina died of a drug overdose, the District Attorney charged the person who taught him to use: his mother. On Monday, Racine County Circuit Court Judge Charles Constantine sentenced Patricia Strosina, 46, of Waterford, to eight years in prison and 10 years extended supervision. The maximum possible sentence for contributing to the delinquency of a child, causing death, is 15 years in prison and 10 years extended supervision.
