Detroit -- A state report to guide a Wayne County judge in his sentencing of Kwame Kilpatrick on Tuesday remains secret, but sentencing recommendations from the prosecution and the former mayor's lawyers for violations of probation will be made public today. Circuit Judge David Groner is expected to release recommendations due to be delivered to his court today that will reveal the sentencing suggestions of Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy and Kilpatrick's defense lawyers.
