PALM HARBOR - The prisoner accidentally released May 20 by the Department of Corrections in Orlando has been captured at a Palm Harbor hotel, according to Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman Kevin Doll. Pinellas deputies responding to a trespassing call at the Red Roof Inn, 3200 U.S. 19, discovered Roy David Kinard, 45. He had given deputies a false name, threatened them with scissors and kicked one of them in the chest before he was taken into custody, Doll said. Read More. |
