BILLINGS - The last of four teenagers involved in an arson fire that destroyed Huntley Project High School in 2008 has pleaded guilty to felony charges.

Michael Victoria III, 18, pleaded guilty Tuesday to negligent arson, burglary and criminal mischief during a hearing before District Judge Russell Fagg.

Victoria admitted breaking into the school with three others on Sept. 18, 2008, damaging property inside the building and spreading chemicals in a classroom that were later set on fire. Victoria did not admit to setting the fire that destroyed the school, causing an estimated $9 million in losses.

Under the plea agreement, Victoria faces a 10-year sentence with the Department of Corrections with seven suspended. A sentencing date has not been set.
