| Man Gets Six Years In Child Abuse Case |

DELTA, Colo. (KKCO) - A Delta man who fractured a child’s skull will spend time in jail. Leobardo Rincon pleaded guilty to child abuse and in return was sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections. In September of 2009 Rincon told police the child he injured fell off a stroller and hit her head. Later he admitted that when she fell off he "lost it" and hit her in the head and threw her back into the stroller. Read More. |
