Four years after the killings and three weeks after the jury said the same, King County Superior Court Judge Gregory Canova made it official -- convicted killer of four Conner Schierman is headed to death row. Sentenced by a jury to die weeks before, Schierman's sentence in the slayings of two women and two children at a Kirkland home was affirmed Thursday afternoon by Canova. Schierman was found solely responsible for the July 17, 2006, massacre at a Kirkland home. He was also convicted in the arson that destroyed the bodies of the dead following the slayings.
