Prince George's County police arrested a man they believe shot and killed a 14-year-old boy Saturday night in Riverdale. Jeremy Quintin Proctor, 18, of Hyattsville was arrested Monday afternoon in Lanham, said county police spokesman Cpl. Mike Rodriguez. Proctor has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Marcus Vines, 14, of Hyattsville. Police said Vines was found bleeding shortly after 9:30 p.m. Saturday at an Exxon gas station in the 6600 block of Riverdale Road, near the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
