A judge decided to delay deciding whether to allow the release of level three sex offender Ryan Patrick Navratil from prison, according to an email from Scott County Sheriff Kevin Studnicka. Navratil had been scheduled for release on June 1, and has planned to move to Helena Township to live with a family member. On May 27, a Minnesota Department of Corrections notification meeting was held at New Prague High School.
