| Fines On Private Prison Change Plans |

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - A private prison company says it takes "seriously" the state's concerns about problems found at the drug and alcohol treatment and medical care at the Idaho Correctional Center near Boise. Idaho is fining Correction Corporation of America more than $2,600 a day after audits found extensive problems administering health care and that most of its drug and alcohol counselors aren't qualified to provide treatment under its contract with the state.
