KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - State prison officials are investigating the circumstances of a brawl at a privately run prison in Kingman that left eight inmates injured. The fight in a minimum security unit of the Arizona State Prison-Kingman involved black and white inmates, some using padlocks wrapped in socks as weapons. Department of Corrections spokesman Barrett Marson says Monday's altercation lasted nearly 45 minutes. Read More. |
