Ex-Con's Bullets In Victim Prosecuter Says

The Jersey City man being held on a $1 million bail made his first appearance in court yesterday on charges he shot a man in the stomach on the Downtown waterfront before possibly throwing him into the river, where he drowned.

Joshua Robinson, 30, of Park Street, appeared in Central Judicial Processing Court via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny.

He is charged in Saturday's murder of Jermaine Williams, 17, who was shot at least once in the abdomen during a possible gang-related confrontation that occurred between 70 and 90 Hudson St., Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said.
