HELENA — A former employee at the Montana Developmental Center who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his care last month has turned himself in to authorities. An arrest warrant was issued Friday for 48-year-old Allen Whetstone, of Boulder, on a charge that he sexually assaulted a client. Whetstone, who turned himself in that night, made his initial court appearance Monday and remains jailed on $25,000 bail. Documents filed in Jefferson County District Court say the alleged victim reported that Whetstone took her to a classroom on May 24 and gave her candy in exchange for sex.
