A judge on Monday shortened the prison requirement of a man who had pleaded guilty to a murder charge linked to a killing in west Tulsa County. Daniel Wade Morrall, 25, of Mannford was sentenced in June 2009 to 35 years in prison upon pleading guilty to second-degree murder. At a one-year judicial review, District Judge Tom Gillert modified Morrall’s sentence to 25 years in prison plus 10 years of probation. Read More. |
