A man on probation was caught breaking into a local parole office to steal his records Monday night, authorities said. Aaron Moenich, 25, no address given, was arrested by deputies at the Florida Department of Corrections office on 685 S. Tamiamia Trail in Nokomis shortly after 9 p.m., according to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office. Deputies had received notice of a burglary in progress at the office, and responded to the scene.
