GUAM - A month after he was put on the fugitive watch list for violating a condition of his probation, Julio Omwere surrenders to the marshals. Omwere surrendered yesterday. He was originally arrested on two counts of criminal mischief which is a felony. He had pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year at the Department of Corrections. Read More. |
