MEDIA COURTHOUSE — A 62-year-old attorney pleaded guilty last Thursday to a charge that he tried to smuggle cocaine and heroin into Delaware County’s prison last year for a 23-year-old female inmate and he will soon find himself behind bars. Randall J. Sommovilla of Philadelphia pleaded guilty to a charge of possession with intent to deliver. He will formally be sentenced July 12 by Judge Patricia Jenkins to a prison stint of 18 to 36 months.
