| AZ Inmate Dies After Fight In Prison |

BUCKEYE, AZ (KOLD) - Authorities say an inmate at the Arizona prison in Buckeye is dead after being attacked by two other inmates. Arizona Department of Corrections officials say the altercation occurred about 1 p.m. Wednesday between the recreation field and the dining hall of the Rast Unit of the Arizona State Prison Complex-Lewis. The DOC says prison-made weapons were found at the scene. They say the attacked inmate was later pronounced dead from wounds received in the fight. Read More. |
