Almost $350 has been seized from former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's prison commissary account for restitution to the city, officials say. Russell Marlan, a spokesman for the Michigan Department of Corrections, said the money was taken under regulations allowing the seizure of half of all deposits of more than $50, The Detroit News reported.
