The men started drinking shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday on the screened-in front porch of the singlewide at the intersection of Dietz and Gandy Cemetery in Bartow. Two couples lived together in the trailer at 4265 Dietz Road. The men – Buford T. Scarborough and Billy Dorminy – were later joined by Scarborough's girlfriend, Mary White, who started downing a large glass of Canadian Mist and several beers.
