| Man Extradited To Michigan After Chase |

A man arrested Friday in Fergus Falls following a high-speed chase is being extradited to Detroit, Michigan. Wayne County, Mich. authorities have requested that Otter Tail County hold 28-year-old Torrence Rucker in the county jail until Michigan officials can arrive in Fergus Falls to take the man into custody. Rucker, whose real name is Jermaine Donaldson and also goes by a second alias of Germaine Donaldson , was traveling with a woman and children in a vehicle along Pebble Lake Road when the car was pulled over by Fergus Falls Police. The man then left the vehicle on foot and ran toward the pond along State Highway 210. Witnesses said the man attempted to jump into the pond, but was apprehended by law enforcement officials.
