The father of a 4-year-old girl shot in the abdomen Friday has been arraigned on firearm and domestic violence charges, Detroit police said. Shawn Norfleet, 39, faces four charges: being a felon in possession of a firearm, using a firearm to commit a felony, domestic violence and being a habitual offender, third offense. Bond was set at $15,000. Norfleet's daughter was shot inside her home on Bradford near 7 Mile and Hoover, police said. Family members initially told investigators that the girl was on a walk with her aunt when a mystery bullet pierced her gut, but police determined that she was actually shot inside the home by a family member.
