| Man Sentenced To 9 Years For Robberies |

FAIRBANKS — A Fairbanks man has been sentenced to serve nine years in prison for taking part in an hour-long robbery spree with his girlfriend in September. Jose L. Rodriguez, 30, pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery earlier this year as part of an agreement with prosecutors. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors consolidated three robbery charges and dismissed four counts of assault. The agreement, approved by Superior Court Judge Michael McConahy, does not include any suspended time or probation.
