| Man Pleads Out In '05 Murder Case |

NORMAN — An Oklahoma City man who was scheduled to stand trial for first-degree murder has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge, according to the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office. Cleveland County First Assistant District Attorney David Brockman said William Ross Nelson, 28, has pleaded guilty to accessory to murder. He has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Nelson pleaded guilty for his role in the May 2005 death of Taylor Heintzelman, 17, Brockman said. Heintzelman was found dead May 16, 2005, near 14000 S. Portland Ave. in Oklahoma City. Read More. |
