| Man Who Ran During Court Caught Again |

Franklin Parish deputies arrested a man Monday night who escaped custody earlier in the day. Chief Deputy Kevin Cobb said Leonard Palmer, 22, of Clarks was in a holding area, waiting to be processed when he fled on foot. He said Palmer was able to escape as a gate was left open to allow a delivery person to make a delivery. Cobb said Palmer was a Louisiana Department of Corrections inmate who was being transferred to Franklin Parish Detention Center.
