PORTSMOUTH — A Portsmouth man and Barrington woman have been arrested in an undercover drug sting focusing on the Wamesit Place public housing neighborhood. Portsmouth Detective Capt. Corey MacDonald reports detectives arrested two individuals for selling drugs to undercover police officers. Katherine Stringer, 47, of 3 Emerald Drive #5 in Barrington, was arrested on a sale of a controlled drug charge for allegedly selling the prescription drug OxyContin to an undercover officer on Holiday Drive in the Wamesit neighborhood.
