TACOMA, Wash. -- A former Washington Department of Corrections employee has been sentenced to five years in prison and 20 years of supervised release for receipt of child pornography. KOMO-TV reports that 49-year-old Theodore A. McCaw, of Aberdeen, pleaded guilty to the charge in April. He was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma. Federal investigators began investigating McCaw in May 2008 when they learned McCaw used a free file sharing program to exchange child porn with others over the Internet. Read More. |
