Ozark -- A Dallas County teenager has been charged in a Memorial Day car wreck in Ozark that left her passenger dead and two others injured. Karena D. Smith, 17, of Tunas faces a Class B felony charge of involuntary manslaughter and two Class C felony charges of second-degree assault. Authorities said Smith's blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit the evening of May 31 when she turned in front of a pickup truck at the intersection of South 17th Street and South Street in Ozark.
